All subscription fees are non-refundable.
In the event of a billing error, please contact our customer support within 30 days of the transaction for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction within 3 Working days.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
To cancel, log in to your account and navigate to the "Subscription" section, where you can find the cancellation option.
If you cancel during a billing cycle, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
Subscription Changes:
You can change your subscription plan at any time by logging into your account and selecting a new plan.
Any changes to your subscription plan will be reflected in the next billing cycle.
